Our client is a dynamic and growing organization with a current need for a Senior Human Resources Manager. They are looking for an enthusiastic, Strategic, high-energy change ambassador who is passionate about Human Resources. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is motivated by being part of a fast-growing, values-driven organization and directly making a significant impact on the business.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing Human Resources support to key business units within the organization.
  • Partner with the business to provide strategic and organizational development and design solutions to Human Resources Issues.
  • Partner collaboratively with your client group to develop business solutions as it relates to the needs of their business and Human Resources.
  • Become a trusted advisor through building strong relationships and credibility with your client group.
  • Provide coaching and counselling in all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development and more.
  • Design and build HR programs to facilitate the projected growth of the business.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with Provincial and federal legislation
  • Ability to partner proactively and collaboratively with a focus on solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and analytical skills.
  • Passion for Human Resources with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong aptitude for leadership and people management.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • High level of strategic-thinking skills combined with the willingness to be hands-on.
  • CHRP designation is an asset
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience working in a Human Resources capacity with knowledge in all areas of HR.
