Job Responsibilities
This position reports to the Automotive Related Unit Leader.
The candidate’s responsibilities will contribute to the effective execution of sales and business development for the Leaf Spring Business for the mid-size truck industry.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities
• Maintain and expand business relationship with suppliers, such as ArcelorMittal Montreal, Kentucky Electric Steel and others
• Provide sales, marketing, logistics & financial services to Rassini in Mexico & Ohio, and other Leaf Spring customers in US/Canada
• Control credit risk for US$20-30m outstanding AR and US$20-30m outstanding inventory
• Initiate and implement new projects related to long products/automotive springs
• Supervisory responsibilities (2 Inside Sales based in Toronto)

Job Requirements
• University degree/Master Business/Commerce
• Strong organizational and communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Ability to work as a member of a team and with minimum supervision
• 10 years of experience in Steel Products
• Knowledge and experience of the Automotive Business
• Availability to travel (50% - 75%)
