Duties and responsibilities:
Represent HirePower at our client site to provide general HR administrative support to the Human Resources Director, Health and Safety.
- Reviewing, organizing and consolidating data with quality and accuracy being paramount.
- Assisting Human Resources Director with review and consolidation of information and incidents
- Provide general HR administrative support where required.
- Other duties as assigned related to Human Resources.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources with one year experience.
- Excellent client service skills with proven experience in building relationships at all levels of the business and ensuring service standards are met
- Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality of work.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with others to effectively reach project goals.
- Ability to be proactive and communicate well with others.
- Ability to also work well independently.
- Proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
