Description

Duties and responsibilities:

 

Represent HirePower at our client site to provide general HR administrative support to the Human Resources Director, Health and Safety.

 

  • Reviewing, organizing and consolidating data with quality and accuracy being paramount.
  • Assisting Human Resources Director with review and consolidation of information and incidents
  • Provide general HR administrative support where required.
  • Other duties as assigned related to Human Resources.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources with one year experience.
  • Excellent client service skills with proven experience in building relationships at all levels of the business and ensuring service standards are met
  • Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality of work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with others to effectively reach project goals.
  • Ability to be proactive and communicate well with others.
  • Ability to also work well independently.
  • Proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
