We are seeking a strong Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to partner with our client a Montreal-baed advertising technology company, to hire a variety of technical roles including Front End & Back End Developers, Java Developers etc. Worried about selling your tech opportunities to top talent? A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist:
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to our  client's full cycle Recruitment Consultant, using a variety of innovative talent attraction strategies (including direct sourcing on-line using a variety of channels, conducting boolean searches, headhunting and using social media channels), to attract top talent and build pipelines based on our client's needs.
  • Conducts thorough market research,  mapping and identifying candidates for both candidate pipelines and critical roles at junior to senior levels. Maintains a talent community and stays in active contact with pipelined candidates.
  • Act as an ambassador of our client to maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, seek referrals, conduct phone screens and make recommendations to funnel candidates to the Talent Acquisition Consultants and Leaders.
What You'll Have:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Technical recruitment experience including strong sourcing experience utilizing a variety of methods to attract and source talent and build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • A mix of Corporate and Agency experience is ideal but not mandatory. 
  • University Degree and working towards your CHRP or CHRL designation will be both an advantage and benefit.
  • Strong boolean searching skills for on-line searches and strong LinkedIn sourcing skills to fill a variety of niche roles is mandatory to be successful in this role
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills required to share opportunities that would be a great match for the candidate and to sell the opportunity to top talent in the market.
  • Solid understanding of the national recruitment landscape and particular regional differences of attracting top talent.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues at various levels.
