Duties and responsibilities:
Represent HirePower at our client site to provide general HR administrative support and their HR team with a focus on employee record management.
- Reviewing, organizing and updating employee records in adherence to policy, procedures and best practices with quality and accuracy being paramount.
- Assisting Project Lead with review of current state to determine gaps and needs in order to reach future state.
- Utilizing HR knowledge to proactively flag any concerns and recommendations with regards to the contents of the employee files.
- Assisting Project Lead with quality control planning and procedures pertaining to employee record management project.
- Provide general HR administrative support where required.
- Others duties as assigned related to Human Resources and Recruitment on or offsite as needed.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources with one to three years’ general HR experience.
- Excellent client service skills with proven experience in building relationships at all levels of the business and ensuring service standards are met
- Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality of work.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with others to effectively reach project goals.
- Ability to be proactive and communicate well with others.
- Ability to also work well independently.
- Proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
