Description

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Bilingual Recruiter. In this role, you will provide end to end recruitment support and develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers to bring in candidates that are the right match for their organization. This is an Immediate need and the role will be working remotely. Duration – 3 month contract.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:           

  • Working very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
  • Soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; directly sourcing of passive candidates and creating an efficient talent pipeline; meeting with business leaders to implement and present recruitment strategy for key hires; screening resumes and applications for suitability; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
  • Building robust recruitment strategies - thinking outside of the box to find unique approaches to find top talent in the market


You Will Have:

  • 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Must have excellent sourcing and relationship building skills
  • A strong sense of urgency, strong responsiveness, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers is required.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or CHRP
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues at various levels.
  • Sound communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in fast paced environment, high volume recruitment. Call center recruitment experience would be an asset.
