Responsibilities

As the Sales Presentation Coordinator, you will work closely with Optimé’s Project Manager, Client Leaders, VP Operations, and support staff, while interacting with our team of expert trainers, coaches and consultants to help deliver client programs.

Your overall responsibility will be to ensure the timely and superior readiness of training material for development programs and consulting engagements. This includes working with the Optimé team in the design and production of training materials (slides, workbooks, etc), graphic design leveraging Optimé’s graphic standards, proof reading and print management, and training logistics. You will support your assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met..

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (above average proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with Adobe and Dropbox/cloud-based document sharing/storage
  • Proficient in designing slide presentations and other learning materials leveraging graphic design principles
  • Excellent oral/written communication, phone, e-mail, and listening skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong initiative, follow-through and commitment to completing tasks on time
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, as a user and/or administrator
  • Above average attention to details especially re: content editing/ proof-reading
  • Adaptability/flexibility to effectively deal with changing circumstances and multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with remote team members via phone/ internet/ mobile tools and autonomously as needed
  • Bilingualism (English/ French) a strong asset
  • Relevant university/college education

Compensation

Competitive salary, company paid benefit plan, 3 weeks’ vacation including time over holiday shutdown period in late December.

Location

This role will be based in Optimé’s downtown Toronto office at 366 Adelaide St. West, Suite 301.

The Learning Coordinator will report to the VP Operations.

Tasks:

  • Create/edit/proofread learning materials using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other production software as required
  • Schedule production /printing of learning materials with pre-selected outside supplier(s)
  • Prepare and ship all learning materials to customer training locations
  • Summarize and distribute participant feedback surveys after training engagements
  • Schedule project contact points, internally and externally
  • Schedule follow-up contact(s) with course participants and client stakeholders as required
  • Interact with client stakeholders at several levels
  • Support the execution of Optimé’s social media activities and website
