We are looking for a highly-motivated, passionate individual with exceptional organizational& time management skills to join our team. You thrive under pressure, can easily transition across several tasks in a busy day (error-free) and enjoy interacting with people throughout it all. You are enthusiastic and quick to learn and have an innate ability to pay attention to details. You can inspire project teams to stay on budget and in scope while meeting deadlines. You also have:
  • A Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of related experience
  • A passion for training, learning and development and are a whiz with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • PMP or CAPM designation or PMI recognized coursework is considered an asset
  • French language skills are also considered as asset
What you'll do
  • As the Junior Project Manager, you will have overall accountability for the successful delivery of all client deliverables falling within a 6 month to 1-year time horizon.
  • You will work with individuals across our organization to create/edit/proofread training materials, and manage timelines and training logistics, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of training and development programs.
  • Communicate directly with client personnel to ensure excellent execution on their end.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and increase their level of quality standardization.
  • Strategically manage vendor, contractor & partner relationships.
  • Provide leadership and oversee the duties of the Learning Coordinator.
