Description

We are sourcing for an office administrator in a healthcare clinic on behalf of our client in the Oakville area. This position is to start early June in a small but busy office. In this role you are the first point of contact for the majority of our clients and responsible for providing superior client care.

What would you do:

  • Greet and connect with clients in person and over the phone
  • Appointment support including rescheduling and reach outs
  • Maintaining and ordering office & clinic supplies
  • Shipping & Receiving of client products
  • Creation of client files accurately and confidentially
  • Counting and reporting opening and closing cash float
  • Processing all payments; cash, cheque, post-dated cheques, credit card and debit card
  • Completing daily bank deposit and doing physical bank deposit
  • Daily sales reconciliation on time and accurately
  • Responsible for monthly inventory and accounting controls
  • Completion of 3rd party forms, insurance requests

What you need to succeed:

  • Desire to help people and have an amazing positive attitude
  • Open to working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • College diploma in an applicable office/business field is an asset
  • At least 3 years’ customer service experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with various computer programs
  • Very dependable as opening/closing responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest professionalism and confidentiality
  • Work well with other staff and open to additional duties
