JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team! This position will be responsible for contract review and negotiation, and for the administration and documentation required on rebar projects in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.  This position will be located in our Beamsville, Ontario office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of project agreements to ensure terms and conditions and scope of work are in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and those negotiated by the sales department
• Resolve and/or assist in resolving contract issues as they arise
• Work with the Sales, Credit and Legal Departments as required to assist with project delivery and the collection process
• Attend conferences/ seminars when required
• Any additional duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum two years working experience in Construction Law
• Post-Secondary Education in Contract Law or related field
• Comfortable making decisions, assertive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of current Construction Law
