Toyota Financial Services currently has an exciting contract opportunity as a Customer Service Associate, reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service. This role is home-based – you can be located anywhere across the country.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain queue priority to answer customer inquiries within department standards
• Professionally respond to all customer requests received by phone, fax or mail, accurately in a timely manner
• Able to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to customer requests with a Customer First approach
• Maintain customer contact notes in the mainframe system
• Complete other departmental duties as required

What you bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Excellent listening & communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to connect with customers with empathy & offer helpful solutions
• Ability to work shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
• Prior inbound customer service experience is an asset
• A passion for helping those in need
• Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel
